I had an email this morning of an available BPO order from this company. I'm not sure who they were before. I looked them up on BuzzFile. Small company based out of Irving TX that does just under $160,000 annually and employs 2 people.

"Just a trickle of BPO work these days. Never have gotten anything from Xome. And I'm leery about doing any orders for the companies that are still around. Most are the ones that have pages upon pages of complaints against them for non payment."

It is not my preference to do probates without the letters of Independence administration. In the last 25 years I have only had to do 2 without them. Going to court after marketing and getting a buyer. and then having someone unknown to us stand up and outbid the buyer we just worked for is a pain in the tokas. The attorney I work with, does his best to get the letters before we market. Markets are different through out the us. Our market is so strong here there certainly would be over bids. Your market is most likely very different than ours. I am located about 30 miles south east from San Francisco, CA
