I used to do 20 $50 for AVM and Clear Capital orders a week. Then hardly any orders from them. Then other companies have the higher number or orders at $40 and $45 and you know what happened from there. Altisource is now my main BPO client and I do very few of the $40 orders. I take the more distant ones at up to $250 each. I'm still getting REO listings which are actually slightly higher/more steady this year than the last 2.

I have never used an autofill program. Never even tested one. I studied BPO-Automation's but I never figured it out. The agents in my MLS are not very thorough and I would still have to do a lot of manual input anyway. Plus I do a lot of analyzing as I type. I'm sure I will want to use it as I'm sure I'm developing arthritis in my hands.

I used to use auto-accept but dont get enough shotgun orders anymore to use it. It was only useful for Altisource but they mostly call me now. Plus my old XP laptop I used for it broke down and I havent replaced it.
