  Delete Post I am trying to restructure my current team to flow more smoothely. Can anyone tell me how they have their team structured. How many are on their team and what their functions are.
  
  I currently have:
  Listing Agent
  listing assistant
  Admin Assistant
  Buyer's agent
  Bookkeeper
  BPO agents
  
  Due to us still scrambling I feel like I'm missing a team member or two.

  You are right. I just remember this. When I signed up 2 yrs ago with Ocwen, there was a registration fee that you bypassed. I really do not know if it was required or not, but you called a number to get a bypass code. Also, I am working with Titanium and their fee to enroll was less than 1/2 of that amount. I was just curious. I hate to through money out the window. I can use it to go to the REOMAC Conference in Florida.
