"There are not that many that offers decent compensation. I get from Clear Capital and LRES for mostly commercials. Stewart(Proteck) I do it now and then for an interior MIT etc. Residential work is not worth my time. Laborious."

"Proteck has an option that one can counteroffer asking more. Often a robot approves it if not greedy. Its drive by pays just 15.
I do commercial full-blown rpt that can pay up to $190 or finding 3 commercials for $100 ish. Need Costar subscription."

"If they call I ask for a reasonable price. Gas is ~$6 dollars/gallon in SFBA so I ignore them focus on other chores."

"In our area (North CA) Fema requires photo of every insurance to have exterior inspection completed within 1 year. Last year they sent out by zip codes 50-100 at a time by CC. Will not be surprised it is an annual ritual since we have so many fires…"

SAM uses Quandis Vendor Module. I was able to get the answers that I needed in regards to how the fees are allocated. Thanks for the reponse.

As far as I know you can take the test until you pass it - it's open book and the question, I thought, were easy.

Sam, I probably spent about 4 hours reading the book and then the test took in about 45 minutes. It is open book so I did check some of the answers.

2/3 I get to talk to them. Most do not mind having me help them to do a warm transfer.
1/3 either abandoned the property or pretend they are not who they are.... I give them the letter and wish them luck...
