Just checking, I would rather focus on companies that can refer REO listings as that is ultimately what I am working towards.

About Goodman Dean, I had good business from them in 2008 and ealry 2009, not many new assignments . Great company , I would say prior an assignment every 15 BPOs or so. This past month, I have done 10 or so. I am in VA. They have some control over assigning listings. They do some 3rd party BPOs, you never know which you are doing... potential listing or just a BPO. Here in my area in VA, I have nly been requested to do 1-2 BPOs per month until the last 30 days or so, since then I have done 10 BPOs or so. Have you had any luck with other REO business?
