Tried to do a short sale it was working through Countrywide, but the seller backed out, and the property went into foreclosure.
I see you have several designations such as Harris Univ. Which ones do you feel offer the most value to asset manager? Have you had any luck with Wells Fargo, SunTrust , BOA or Indymac,? I understand they are on ReoTrans but you must be invited to take their REO class.
Thanks for your post. What is an HRC? I made application with Titianium within last 30 days or so , they stated they had enough for my area in Virginia. What does Titanium do? I believe I read they were somehow involved in short sale leads prior to Excellen.
I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one listing.
