I wish I was going to the REO Expo but I am very involved with our local Relay For Life with the American Cancer Society and that is coming up in just 4 weeks. Between that and my current business, I just could not see myself going out of town for 3 or 4 days. i too am a vendor with PMH and I hope my not going will not hurt my chances of working REOs for them.
I would love to hear about it when you get back.

How is your REO busines doing? Things in the East Bay have really slowed down but one of my Asset Managers' is telling me things are get started up again very soon. I hope so...we need some more properties here to sell.
