Silly me. You stated you got paid for the BPO's How much do they pay? I signed up with them. Glad I did because they may close it up for other realtors soon. Do you know of any other good resources.

All I work with now is REO listings and only buyer's who specifically ask for my help. This will be an excellent resource to get more buyer leads- perhaps from the families you have helped or a potential buyer again once they get back on their feet. Do you also get paid for the BPO's?

Hi Michelle, can you tell me what you love about them. I can see how it may be gratifying helping people save their homes. I think one of the members said they pay 25 to go to the homewoners home. Are you listing the home as a short sale. Also, how long have you been pending in NRBA. They say they were full now and would but me on a waiting list. Have you have much luck with reo.com? I only received on listing from the. Is the NFSTI certification able to help you get listings as well.
