  Hi Richard,
  Sorry for the late response. But I've been with Titanium since 2007 and I have some success with getting homeowners to complete the warm transfer and have helped some stay in their homes. But I have had no experience with listing any short sales with the homeowners. A lot of the homeowners were not willing to list their homes and had hope that the banks would work with them and many of them ended up loosing the homes in foreclosure. I would end up doing some BPO's on the same homeowners I had approached for Titanium. So, some you can help and some you can't.

  Harris U my experience with them was not as good as going to some of the training I got at SBAOR classes for a lot less. They are all the time bring in new clients so you get a lot of the same questions repeated over and over again. So if I had to do it all over again I would look for training else where. Their Short sale course was good but for some reason they changed the "coach" and it went down hill from there. Everyone is a coach these days.
