It is starting to pick back up. Tons of short sales and bank owned properties. Its a great time for investors or first time buyers. What about in your area?

They have helped some. The classes are more of a informational session...teaching you how to fill out the forms ,and about what it takes to be a REO Specialist. I would recommend taking the classes for new agents looking to get into the BPO arena.
