  South Lake Tahoe prices are down approx. 40% since the top of our market in April 2006.  50% of our solds in the last 90 days are distressed - so values are still in decline.  Great time to buy, Pete in mountain lake country!

  I did receive the Excellen Questionnaire but did not get a notice from RES.Net regarding the AMP upgrade. I have the standard membership w/ RES.Net.

  Pete, I know that equator keeps track of the transactions. Some companies use Res.net for assignments and I need to keep track of the properties on the Res.Net. Thank you

  Almost every day I am being told to sign up and take this class, take that class and you will get this designation which will work for many vendors. Which are the most popular? These classes are costing a fortune and the REO's are not really rolling yet.
