Hi John. I'm on the same page as you in this BPO fraud. I actually contacted Ca DRE and asked why they haven't done anything. Their anser was since many of these companies are outside CA there is nothing they can do. Then I gave then Clear Capital and a couple others and they it wasn't something they wanted to get involved in since by LAW no license is actually required. Just more BS.
