Consolidated Analytics

Hello everybody.I wanted to check with you about this company. Received 2 orders from them today, and since I have never done any work for them before, I do not know if they pay or not. Can you share with me your experience about payment with them? Truly appreciated.ThanksElena

  • Check into TrackMyForeclosure.com for the best BPO auto-fill program for the money.

  • Consolidate Analytics is a solid company that pays what they say they will and in the time frame they say they will.  I would do BPO's for them all day long.

  • I will look into that. I figured I must be doing something wrong that it takes me so long. I don't know anything about auto fill. Thanks for the suggestions.

  • I use auto-fill on every order I receive for every BPO company I do orders for.  Not a single one has said anything to me about not using it.  For one thing, they would have no way of knowing whether I typed the whole thing or used an auto fill program.  I have asked several of these companies if they had any objection to auto-fill.  Of course not.  As a matter of fact it keeps typos at zero.

  • Well I am new at this and thought I might have a chance at listings. It didn't occur to me to do bpos to make money. I was trying to weed out the companies that are only asking for bpos because I have been up til 3 am many nights trying to get them done. And up at 6 with my kids. Maybe with practice, I can get faster, but I always think I can whip one out and then it takes me forever. Yes, I know about the cancel print, just didn't realize it was happening. Everything is a learning experience. Last one from clear capital I spent hours in the driveway waiting for someone to get me the correct lockbox code to get in. Turns out the agent listed as a contact had not been to the property in 2 years. There was a tree going through the roof. I just don't know if it's worth it. That one was $80 though. I just get busy and they are soo time consuming I guess.

  • Linda - I don't understand why you would cancel Clear Capital, one of the best BPO companies out there, because of a bad experience with Consolidated Analytics.  Also, you might want to find the 'cancel print' button on your printer.

  • I am doing my first one with them. They sent and email asking if I could do a bpo and wanted to know how soon I could have it done. I told them I would have it done by Saturday and got started on it, accidentally printed out a 80 page report instead of hitting print page, spent lots of time uploading photos, then asked how to access their bpo form, no response. Finally they tell me I wasn't in their system yet, so their representative patiently guided me as we got me into their system, then she tells me after all that, that another agent is doing that bpo. ??? I told her how I felt and asked her if she knows how much work and effort goes into a bpo, not to mention the cost of printing and travel. The hours spent sitting, analyzing to do a great job since my main purpose in accepting this new client was the possibility of having my work in front of a hiring Asset Manager. I canceled clear capital and other bpo services. If you want to do BPOs for a living, I get twenty requests a day from clear capital. I just can't physically do a good job on so many bpos.  I started recycling my 80 pages of materials from this BPO and guess what, I get a request to do the same BPO, Well I am doing it now. sigh. $75 for this exterior one, but then they assign me another for only $45 for interior. I rejected that one as this one and other business is keeping me busy. Well, that's my experience. Guess they must be new?

  • Whenever I get a request to do a BPO and it is for lower than $50 for exterior, I decline it and in the decline reason I put insufficient fee,,I have on numerous occasion had servicers come back at me and tell me that they would pay me what I want to do the order,,,remember we are the professionals and we provide our services to earn a living,,DO NOT SELL YOURSELVES SHORT,, get what you deserve,,don't settle for less, I know that there are a ton of agents that would do it for less, just to get the work,,they are the ones who are hurting our industry,,eventually they will be gone,,stick to your guns,,ASK and you shall receive,,JS

  • Joe - I don't understand why any company objects to auto-fill.  I hope that if I am still doing BPOs when my hands are arthritic that those tools would be available.

I understand the objection to auto-accept plus we are no longer handicapped by having to sit in front of a computer to accept BPOs. .

  • They pay just fine but don't use auto-fill or auto acquisition. They will dump you in a heart beat. I know first hand!!
