  I just received an unsolicited pre-recorded message call and then tried multiple times and multiple methods to contact them regarding removing me from their list.  No success.  Their website just says 'processing' when submitting a message, their Contact Us and Support links do not work either.  Further, their original call recording states 'press 1 if you are interested'.  I pressed 1 and received another recorded msg that such-and-such was away from her desk & then that recording halted. They do not want to speak with anyone. Very low quality firm!

  I signed up with ATX last week and sent the $300 "pre-payment".  I followed the instructions, set up the gmail bpo account, forwarded the bpo orders to the account and have received nothing in return.  No orders captured, although I'm getting several every day sent to me, as usual.  I have 11 years experience with performing BPOs (over 7000 personally) for ALL of the largest companies.  If there is some reason that my account is not functioning properly, then I would assume I would be welcome to ask questions and expect some support through the initial set up process.  However, neither Joey Singh or Lisa Capps will return phone calls or email...for days now.  Clearly, they are the only two people at this company because every number I've found online trying to reach them results in a voice mail account with either of their names attached.   

  Does anyone know another contact or have any feedback on this company? 

  I would appreciate any agent who has worked with them getting back to me.  Thanks.
