  Hi Rosie. You can contact your area manager for your score. To be approved by Excellen for REO listings, you must have a score above 50, have the RDCPro designation form default school ($500), and subscribe to RES.NET ($250). I believe these are the minimum requirements, but does not guarantee approval. They also consider other things such as length of time with TS and number of assignments completed, as well as their need for REO agents in your area. Your area manager can probably give you more info and/or direct you to the right Excellen contact. Good Luck!

  Not an email I can give out! I have one AM I deal with and I know I can't give out the email address! I saw the post stating if you are on Res.Net you are in line for Citi stuff, not sure if I agree 100%, many banks use different forums, Res.Net, Equator, etc, but they pick you to work with and make sure you are on those sites, not sure they pick you because they found you on the site! But, the more you have your name out there the better! Here in FL they don't assign a lot direct, but great people to work with.

  Hi Rosie, on the Titanium Group posting, sometimes Titanium sends us emails on the HRC assignments to tell us that the bank has pulled the assignment which means they don't want us to continue to contact the homeowner for them.

  Has anyone know if is worth the memebrship for NABPOP? is it worth to pay? positive or negative info? they are claiming that you will be expose to more asset managers and will get support on your BPO's and a certification.
