CHASE ASSET MANAGER meeting

Ok not really but I really wanted to announce that somehow NAHREP has figured out how to get the shortsale and REO department VP to come to a two hour presentation this Thursday at 11 am in Pasadena CA!

Amazing low cost...$25.00!!! Two hundred seats still available! Shall I bring my resume? I am definitely going full on business attire for this....never can tell they just might be in a good mood that day to hand over a listing.

Hope to see some of us there!

    I attented one of these workshops held by NAHREP also. You pretty much get information, it's mainly geared towards buyer agents. As far as getting connections, I don't think so. It's a well attended seminar, and there are only a few reps from the bank. Anyhow, good luck and let us know how it goes.

    I really hate to do this but...I gave a workshop for the "REO Regional Business Development" and a couple other guys on how to write a winning REO offer for Chase. It was well attended by the buyer agents I contacted and went very well,...for them. Did not get me any more business or assets. It was through NAHREP too...they are all over this organization and want to educate buyer agents on writing and selling their assets.

    I am a member of NAHREP and i don't have the address for this event, This Thursday there is one in Corona with Bank of America too. I wonder... if its the same info. Rosie
