What is your experience with Selene finance / Blackstone. I have several assets in a redemption state. After 7 months of servicing I got the 1st listing agreement. It's absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Non exclusive, w/ 4 separate clauses designed to get out of paying as well as re- negotiation of listing sale commissions. Been at this 8 yrs. Never had such a horrible contract presented to me. Looking for insight.
