I received a discount of 35% with res.net but I had to really complain a lot. Where I sell the houses go for under 100K. So there $700/year member ship is way out of wack~ Maybe in California or Arizona where you rich agents live don't mind that amount of member ship fee but here ouch!

Last year I called and asked my sales rep at Res.net for a discount code. He gave me one. I don't remember how much but I think it was for 20% off.
They do not offer that this year at this time.
