  Hello Jonathan,
  
  I am currently not doing any REO's. I am trying to go that route though. I am doing quite a few BPO's for several different companies. I am in the process of getting my Brokers License. Should have in about 2 months. I am studying up for it now and then the State Exam. I am currently with SellSmart Advantage in Granite Bay but want to explore my opportunities as I really want to get into the REO arena. I would love to join a group that is building an REO team. Currently I am specializing in short sales. Been closing quite a few of them and doing well with that. How does one get signed up with the Home TELOS?
  Do you have your own company? You looking for anybody to join up with you? Let me know buddy! I am really looking to make big things happen and any help would be awesome and greatly appreciated!! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

  Ihaven't given up ..YET any way, but it is hard when every one asks for experience, I have been in the business since 1987, and have sold at least 50 +REOs, but not my own listings!!? I do appreciate all your encouragements and any help you can give me, by the way the list i sent to you yesterday hope were helpful to you or any of the members of this site... thank you for sharing your story , also i like to go for the Keystone trining , any suggestions???
