  • Enjoy! Getting through a Bank of America short sale is an accomplishment.
  • Briefly, the homes now selling for; $125K, to $150K are experiencing good demand with multiple offers on the best. These are about 1200 to 1500 sq ft 3/2s that sold for: $235K to $250K in 2005. Once the 2000 to 2005 sq ft homes priced above $190K have few qualified buyers. It's like the clock was rolled back to pre 2003 prices. In Visalia, our unemployment exceeds 17%, once the Home Builders pulled out, we are back to reality, with the Farm Show and the related agriculture crops and services for our Stimulus! Have a great year.
  • I argee we can't have to many friends! I was wondering what the market it like where you service. I once worked Carpenteria Santa Barbara area and failed...
  • Also, look into Titanium Solutions. They are a good company that does home retention services. Doug Miller is the California area manager, go ahead and give him a call at 801-572-7440 or email him dmiller@titaniuminc.com. I'm sure he needs more agents in California. Let him know I referred you.
  • BPO's are the way to go, keep at them and look for more opportunities. There's a huge list of BPO and REO companies on this site and is provided FREE for every member. My suggestion is to sign up more and try to snag a few here and there.

My sentiment is practically the same as everyone in this forum, the business will pick up, whether it's REO's or short sales. Just keep plugging away.

Best wishes to you and good luck!
