  • Richard please email at fkarriem@sbcglobal.net.
  • sorry it took me so long to respond. How are things in my old home state? I am from Ventura area.
  • Joshua, The listing for Titanium Solutions comes from our follow up... if the homeowner does not reach a settlement with the bank then they may be interested in doing a Short Sale. As far as REO listing from them they have not announce that yet.
  • I should have gotten 2 listing after about 50 assignments w/ Titanium (short sale listings) but nothing in terms of reos or anything.
  • All have been assignments no listing yet, but ck out the forum on Titanium doing short sales for bofaDelete Comment
  • Sorry for not getting back. I have been with Titanium for about one year. The company is growing rapidly and they are making very good business relationships. (Fannie Mae and Bank of America) They are also helping many homeowners. I think that the listings will come as a result of the REO servicing division. All the best.
  • I have not received any listings or BPO's. Due to an increase in BPO orders from other companies I have had to reduce the number of zip codes to service Titanium. I love the company and helping a homeowner makes me feel great about myself but I do have to prioritize to survive!
  • I am a new member of Titanium. I am still going through the last two training required. Once I become familiar with everything and start getting assignments I will let you know what I find out. Happy Holidays.

  • Hi Richard - So far I've had one listing since I began this last spring and it just closed on Friday. Of course I'd like more listings but not at the expense of someone losing their home. There are so many reasons why I love working with Titanium. It's truly rewarding to be able to help people keep their homes. And I can help sell for those that aren't able to keep it. You know what they say "You reap what you sow" or "What goes around comes around". There's different aspects to working with Titanium. Hang in there and make sure to follow up. It's worth the frustration. Happy Holidays!
