Hi Coleen, my wife spells her's (Colleen) anyway, I'm in Visalia, just getting back from leave of absence wife had full knee replacement. I have completed about a 100 or more HRC's with Titanium in 2009, and look forward to 2010. Glad to see you have received Short Sale listings. I haven't yet, but perhaps I will soon! And I too have completed the Harris Real Estate U class in Short Sales, and REO's. Great Source for education.
