  • Henry, I understand your frustration and I've only been working the bulk side of REOs for two months. My buyer is looking at a couple tapes at the moment, but I fully understand that this road can lead to nowhere. I chatted yesterday with a smart fellow who spent two full years and no transactions resulted for him. My buyer, just as of yesterday, is now willing to consider 1 good deal off the MLS to fix & turn, in addition to finding the bulk buys. He'll buy builder-close-outs so I'm confident I'll find an about-to-be-belly-up Builder here in CA or ?? I have a Broker friend of mine looking for desperate builders in San Diego County.
  • Deborah,

Any luck securing a REAL provider of Bulk REO's? I'm frustrated with this!!
  • No, unfortunately not. I just had foot surgery and it's still difficult to walk easily. I had a fun time with you in Ft Worth last year also. I suppose Five Star will have another conference this year. Have you heard anything about it?
  • hi Deborah,

are you going to the REOCON this weekend? if you go let me know, we can hang out. it was verny hanging out with you at FIVESTAR.
  • Good morning AL. I'm delighted to be your friend. Sharing ideas and advise is helpful to everyone.
  • Hi Deborah, Thanks for the comment and as of yet I haven't moved forward with joining Stephen's company but I would appreciate any future comments and or recomendations from you if you choose to join. Either way, welcome and I hope you don't mind if I add you as a friend.
  • Sure.

Do any of you listing agents have 5-10++ properties from one bank who would like to package them together for one swift sale? I am representing an REO residential bulk buyer looking for properties from one bank most anywhere in the US. Can anyone help me locate properties for him? He will also consider a builder close-out, if all the properties have been completely built (missing carpet, tile, or appliances is ok.)
