It has NPV, HAMP, and HAFA Tools...ability to auto-generate docs and more. Do you currently use web based software?

  Hello Albert, How's real estate in Rowland Heights? Not sure what Chase is offering in the way of Rehab loans, but Wells Fargo has a Renovation Loan that I have used before and it takes about 45 days. The house you saw on my blog is in Rialto and is definitely a perfect candidate for the Rehab program.
