I have been looking for a good buyers agent for ONE client, in the Hollywood area.
I have exhausted my usual resources looking for an agent to represent a connection I have in the Hollywood CA area. The situation is a son and a father buying together for the son to live in. Father is very experienced and has felt as though the Realtors he's spoken with so far are "not listening to him."
He needs to feel he's in charge. The son is very laid back.
