I have done them for years and have gotten a lot of listings off them. You do have to show them you can have them back on time but for the listings I have received, it is worth it
It takes a long time and a lot of freebies to get a listing. I just did a Fifth Third Bank (which they always are) freebie because I was heading in that direction. I previously - AGES AGO - got a couple of assignments that never turned into listings. They were in the worst condition I ever saw and I've seen really bad ones in Akron Ohio. I think I deemed them in demolition condition. It's either that or a quit claim situation.
I have done this in past but not anymore. I get USRES BPOs request thru Res.net. No Thanks!
