I had a heck of a time opening the excel application, so I sent an email to vendor_apply@fanniemae.com with "Listing Broker Application Request" as my email subject line and asked for an application.
Fannie Mae manages REO property sales two ways:
---Internally by listing directly with brokers (on about half of its properties)
---Outsourcing to vendor partners known as Asset Management
Providers (AMP).
If you are interested in working with Fannie's Asset Management Providers (AMPs), you'll have to apply to each one individually. Green River Capital, Old Republic and New Vista are just a couple of the AMPs I know of right off hand. I hope this information helps you out. It should give you a good head start anyway.
--- Users will need to register for the HomeSteps HomeBase program as a new member, even if they were previously registered for our Selling Agent Select program.
--- Users may pre-register online at: http://homesteps.masterlink.com/homebase_reg.asp
Please note: As we experience this system upgrade, HomeSteps is maintaining the current Selling Agent Select member information in a secure database and continues to source for new listing brokers via this database.
Looking for the same information for Fannie Mae.
