  Hey Debra, Sorry it took a minute to respond. Today was my birthday and my family had made plans for me. As far as my header image goes, I have had that photo for probably 4 or 5 years and I honestly can't say where I found it. I also have the backyard pool image saved in my Picasa. I'm glad you like it. I have always loved it and thought this was the perfect opportunity to use it.

  Dawn, the seller was greedy he tried to do FSBO $365K and the buyer offered $280k and the seller wanted to net a profit, it was nothing their, so he didn't care , what a waste.
