  Thanks for the invite Shawn! Great name by the way. I have been doing REO work for a few years but I'm not getting a lot of work I average 12-20 properties a year. I am looking to increase my business of course but lately it seems as if everyone is saying REO is drying up. Your thoughts on this and how to increase my business. Also have you ever dealt with ABSREO or PRIMA. They invited me to join their network but I need to check them out first. I look forward to networking with you and hopefully we'll meet one day.

  Hi Shawn . . . business (from the BPO standpoint) is good. My REO assignments have taken a dive of late. In 2007, the number of assignments I received through one outsourcer was the reason, I was the company wide listing agent of the year, but for some reason that REO source dried up. I am sure it wasn't for performance because everything they assigned to me was sold in less than 45 days and for a good sale price to list price ratio. I am still getting BPO work from them, though.
