  I am the new Director for REO Business Development within Prudential in the Sacramento area and I do have a referral agreement program where if you introduce me to any of your contacts and business was to result from the introduction, you would benefit from being paid a referral fee everytime I close a transaction.
  
  Does this look like something you would like to explore??? I do not want the cake on the silver platter, I do understand that I will need to prove myself and do the work required, I am just in need of a contact I can tap into and offer my services.

  Very interesting. I worked with them a lot. I visited the office and have a very good friend who is connected there. Who is the REO manager you are dealing with? I just have focused so much on my reo, I put Titanium on the back burner.

  Are you getting REO from Titanium? I heard they we venturing into REO but did not know it was actually rolled out.
