I highly recommend the course and designation. It is a worthwhile investment on your capabilities and a definite addition to your marketing potential in the times we are right now. But be aware that the main focus of the course is on short sales and foreclosure prevention, and gives you an invaluable background of knowledge on this area. However, if you are thinking about REO, your expectations will fall short. That's not what it is. Hope it helps.
