Travis J Cox replied to Travis J Cox's discussion US Bank Switching Asset Management Companies
"I never really figured fairness had much to do with the assignments we get. Its important to remember that this change was not the doing of our clients, Old Republic, NRES, LRC or any others. They certainly would have preferred keeping the inventory…"

Travis J Cox replied to Travis J Cox's discussion US Bank Switching Asset Management Companies
"Update: My Prelists are all gone from Res.net this morning, one under contract is still there (thankfully) and one of my NRES prelists sold in a bulk sale just prior to the switch. NRES says I will be receiving a check for the management of the…"

Travis J Cox replied to Travis J Cox's discussion US Bank Switching Asset Management Companies
"I don't know that they have switched platforms. The application for Chronos does ask for your equator ID, but that may just be their boiler plate. Perhaps these will show up on Res.net for whoever gets them."

Travis J Cox replied to Gregory Wesley's discussion HUD Marketing Package Request
"I have applied, no response yet. I don't doubt they are sorting through everything with today being the transfer date. The LRC properties are still showing for me in Res.net."

Travis J Cox replied to Gregory Wesley's discussion HUD Marketing Package Request
"If you don't mind, I believe you can upload attachments to your posts on this forum. I recently lost six US Bank assets that will be going to Chronos."

May 27, 2016 I learned that National Real Estate Solutions (NRES) will no longer be managing assets for US Bank. Properties not currently under contract will be transferred to another unnamed company. They will no longer appear under my Res.net…

Travis J Cox replied to RJ Davenport III's discussion Res.Net feedback
"Res.net is the primary platform in my market. I have been a premium member since 2010 and have sold over 150 properties through it. That said, Res.net is the platform many asset liquidators use, not the liquidator itself. In my experience companies…"

"Good luck getting anything from BofA, they will likely be using a third party. I suggest leaving a note on the door for the broker who gets the assignment."

Travis J Cox replied to Bayo Oshinnaiye's discussion Who has worked with Team Lear asset management Company in Colorado?
"No. During a subsequent phone call with someone who claimed to be above the "asset manager" told me that she did not have authority to have been "assigning" me those listings and he apologized. Good times."

Travis J Cox replied to Bayo Oshinnaiye's discussion Who has worked with Team Lear asset management Company in Colorado?
"You're in it waist deep, I'd go for the full swim now. Worst case scenario, you don't lose any more money (don't pay any more than you have) and you waste two hours on a BPO. Best case, you either get the money back with their guarantee or you get a…"

Travis J Cox replied to Bayo Oshinnaiye's discussion Who has worked with Team Lear asset management Company in Colorado?
"You both mis-understand my post. The LIEN-HOLDER was a private party (think owner carry) on a home in the Aspen area. I did not speak with the borrower or the occupant. In this case the party who foreclosed on the property was not B of A or Chase,…"

Travis J Cox replied to Bayo Oshinnaiye's discussion Who has worked with Team Lear asset management Company in Colorado?
"Dorothy, its a fair question you bring up. My skepticism was piqued when one of the properties they "assigned" to me was an owner carry that went back to the lien-holder. I spoke to him on the phone and he had no knowledge of Team Lear and no…"
