Wow ! and people will not complete the simple buyer questionnaire I send to out of state buyers.

I do only rural properties and too many people are reading Mother Earth News and wishing for the 'simple' rural life. Ain;t no such things. Tried it when I was young and dumber. "Homesteading" means poverty.

Here's my short questionnaire:

Here’s what I need to know to help you:

Why do you want to buy real estate in NW Arkansas?
Have you ever been to NW Arkansas?
If I locate desirable properties TODAY, What is the earliest date you can visit properties in NW Arkansas?
If I find the absolutely perfect property, what is the earliest date you would make an offer?
What location or county do you want to locate in?
What is the farthest distance from a city (Fayetteville, Springdale, Ft. Smith)?
What use would you have for the property: pasture for livestock, wooded for privacy, level, hilly, steep. Do you want an existing home or would you build. What utilities do you need, or NONE? Do you want just recreational land; hunting, camping, etc? Tell me what you want in detail.
Have you discussed a purchase with your bank or lender? Have you prequalified for a

loan? Will you be paying cash and have cash on hand today?
And most importantly, what amount are you prepared to spend?

NO! It's not designed to 'help' the buyer. It is designed to WEED'EM out and get rid of them. Most do not return it and just go away.
