Read your recent email in reference to Evaluation Solutions not paying for completed BPO's. I am an agent in NY state and I am having the same problem. They give empty promises. I have decided not to take any more order from them and I let the processors know why I cannot accept any BPO's from them until I get paid. I am looking for other agents in the NY State area that are having the same problem. I know this problem is universal and not just a few states.
