Please do not waste your time with none of these companies, they call all the time requesting $300-$500 start-up fee to send you listing.All Scam.

Trulans - I am an old guy - 71 - Work out of my 3rd bedroom. One person firm. I do not pay for so-called leads for buyers or sellers and carry 30--50 listings at all times. Listed 7 so far this week. And had 32 sales last year and one closing this year and one pending.
I am so sick of everyone with a laptop trying to get their nasty paws into agent's pocket books.
I do know one thing: if'n you gots listings you will make a living. So my unsolicited advice is get listings, listings, listings, listings and then get a few more listings.
I rarely, very rarely, show other gent's listings nd I do not like working with buyers, but will if I have to.
My cell phone number is non-published. I have a cheap cell phone with no bells and whistles. I do NOT have iphones, smart phones, ipads and all the oher toys smiply because I do not need them. I am not on facebook nor any other social media. I think it's just a bunch of crap.
Young lady, if you want to know how I do so well, jus ask and I'll send a simplified outline of my business plan. I do not have anything to sell and will never ask you for money. There are a few new agents I am mentoring because their brokers are too damned lazy to train them. Again, I will never ask you for any thing. I just like helping new agents.
Ask and ye shall receive. Don't pay anyone for anything.
