  Hi.  Wondered if I could pick your brain?  I have applied directly with Fannie Mae and through some AMP's. . . but for a year now have not been assigned any listings.  Only about 5% of the realtor's in our market are REO listing agents, but they receive 90% of the business.  We are starving on the outside.  Our sales now are 63% Reo's.  To survive, I and my small office must get REO listings.  Any help would be appreciated.  Broker from Idaho, Julie Tucker, julieatucker@hotmail.com. 208-371-7816
