Nancy, I hope all is going well for you. So much of success with FNMA is trial by fire. The best advise I can give you is to study their Sales Guide and watch their training videos...over and over again.
Also, I hired a Transaction Coordinator who had FNMA experience (knew AMN like the back of her hand), and this was VERY helpful.
