Just got today's mail and got payment in full from Valuation Vision going back to July 2014. Finally but thanks to this site I threatened Attorney General and got a check 4 days later. Strange they found the money after they threat! Whew!

Does anyone know what FHA Certification is. I've seen it on most BPO applications and skipped it.I can't seem to find any info on exactly what it is or how you get it. Duh! Probably should know but I don't.

I checked with all of the BPO companies I work for (Clear Capital, eMortgage, Pro-Teck etc) Emortgage clearly does NOT allow either and made it clear that if I use it they'll remove me! Pro-Teck doesn't know what it is and never heard of it along…
