They never said a word about a yearly fee when I asked for the Rets data.. Let me google you and see if I can find your number :) I figured it was working since noone had contacted me back and said there was a problem. What a bunch of boogers if this fee is real!

Hi Dawn, did you test to see if you can pull MLS data into the Realty Pilot form. The link appears to be correct, however according to HAR if we don't pay the $1,000 a year we are not authorized to use it. When you get a chance could you enter a dummy BPO into the system. Then try putting an MLS number into the subject property and see if it pulls in the data from HAR. Call me and I can explain it further. Thanks.
