  • I use Google Docs and share it with my team. We also have a transaction management software that goes with our MLS system that was reasonable in price ($49 a year) and I signed up for it. I do have a copy of ACT and would like to see how we can use it as a team if that's possible.
  • I built this software this a developer and its very affordable. I would be willing to send you over a free sample for you to check it out. Left me know if anybody is interested

  • I use agentoffice for my standart business practice, but since the fast growth of my REO business, all my data has been put into REO Maestro. Check it out.
  • Hi Art;

    I use ACT and have really enjoyed it. Are you using it to it's full potential?

    I have heard some people say that Top Producer is good but, I have also heard the opposite so, my advice is to develop a system that works for you.

    It may be using ACT to create mail merges but, Outlook to create email campaigns, it's all about how you work and what works with you.

    If you do end up finding a "out of the box" solution that works well, let us know.
