I got an email today informing me that my app had been approved, assignments come form REO Trans, and that LA are limited to 25 properties. I was also informed that I was on the 2nd platform, however if I wanted priority I would need to log in to the site and upgrade. Will of cousre this is for a fee.Any thoughts? I sent them an email asking if they would wave the fee for an experienced agent such as myself or collect it after the first asset is assigned. We shall see. I just find it hard paying for a membership to a company that is NEW and may not have assets for sometime. My main accounts are slow and they've produced. Comments please

What is your ROI projection vs reality?
You also have to be care about your credit card #. It can accidentally gets into someone's hands especially not well established firms which may not have a system.
I also received the same email from NAAM, so please let us know if you get a response. I believe it's a new start company, but have not done any research on them. Thanks for sharing.
