What an awesome seminar this was! Full of a ton of useful information presented in an informal, casual way that allowed all questions to be addressed on all topics. The highly experienced asset manager and top REO agent who were the presenters, were a wealth of knowledge and I felt it was very worth the time and money to attend.
I have to thank Jesse Gonzalez for recommending Dan Waterman and his NFSTI teaching staff. Both Lowell Caro and Richard Hartel were a wealth of great information. The Las Vegas seminar was both fun and informative. The agents attending the class were also knowledgeable and they added a lot of useful information. I would have to recommend this class to all REO agents looking to increase their business. I look forward to keeping in touch with all of you who attended the class in Las Vegas.
Yes, what a terrific seminar! Prior attending the seminar, my expectation was 1000 of people attending this event. I was able to pick the presenters' brain with all of my concerns. I never experience any thing like this where both presenters are passionate to pass on their knowledges to you and want you to succeed.
Hi Mayra,
Yes. It was a very small class, so there was much discussion back and forth between the attendees and the presenting REO agent and the Asset Manager. Very easy to ask questions and get any kind of clarification we needed. Linda
The information was invaluable! I came to this class as an agent who has seen 1 REO in the past 6 months. I came to this meeting not expecting much and in a quandry as to what I was going to do to improve my business.
After the 1st day, I felt a new energy! I am now ready to get my team working on systems and we are excited about next wave that is coming.
OK...I guess I won't fire anyone now. ;) Actually, I knew that everything would go well. Our instructors have been proving over and over that they can deliver the NFSTI REO Masters Network material with a true sense of insight in a casual setting for about a year now.
It's great to see each of you (Larry, Linda, Richard, Jesse, and soon Steve) getting an opportunity to experience this at this very unique time in our business growth. Atlanta and Orlando will be the last of this course, but I know that we will continue to lead the industry with ingenuity, creativity, results, and integrity.
Keep your ear pressed to the wall with our upcoming developments and stay tuned into the www.REOMastersNetwork.com website (which now has the actual robust site posted instead of the advertisement page as of last week).
For all of you planning on attending the Five Star Conference this year...get ready. We're going to truly push the envelope.
I agree with everything Linda says. I have been doing REO for 18 yrs and got some very good info. This was well worth the money, time well spent. In addition, met a wonderful group of agents.
Steve,
I actually got the nfsti certification in 2008 online, but have been so impressed with the company, their offerings and online tools, that I went not to get certified, but for the knowledge and information I was sure I would receive and to network with other professionals (and newbies) in this field. I could - and maybe should - have gone to a different conference to get a different certification, but my focus is learning what the AMs what. I was not disappointed. I think you are making a wise decision!
Linda
Jesse it WAS your endorsement that pushed me to this and not the class being offered by my company. ;-) You, Dan and others who have been making shinning remarks about this program makes me feel confortable about my decision. I really looking forward to it!

Do get to introduce yourself to the asset manager.

Thanks to NFSTI for the boost I needed!
