outsource companies

Help. Need the outsource company for Bank of America that handles Florida. Old Republic for instance handles Ohio, Georgia & Texas. It seems as though they distribute by state.

"Cindy--Yeah, grew up in Cincinnati and still have an REO business there handled by my team while I ventured out to start a new REO real estate company in Ft. Myers, Florida. How's Texas ,,, have you guys receded from the Union yet ?"

EMC, now Chase, outsources 100% - I lost 95% of my business when they did this and the outsource companies they use have not sent me anything even though I am in their database.

It's a small world! I was your asset mgr when I was at the Associates and EMC Mtg! So you decided to move to a warmer climate - how do you like it? We haven't seceded yet, but if the Obamacare goes through I think we will be putting it up to the vote - our state constitution does not say we can secede but it does state that we only abide by the US Consitution and that we are an independent state. We are being invaded by new "settlers" fleeing California!
