more work / less money

With the advent of outsourcers,  agents have seen their workload increase and commissions decrease.  Cost cutting seems to always come out of the agents piece of the pie. I would like to know if anyone is making any head way against this that they could share. Eg. trip charges, processing fees, Flat fee charges on loaning money to cover seller expenses etc.  I know ...  FAT CHANCE.

  • Yes with Buyers Agents to help service the leads from the great priced listings we get from these outsourcers. That is the only way I have found to help offset the low commission. Hope that helps.
  • Tom, good luck in this, there are hundreds behind you just waiting to grab the golden ring. Just like in traditional real estate, if you make 1 trip or 50 you get paid the same. What we're all hoping for here- is enough volume to compensate for all the extra work.
