  Cindy--Yeah, grew up in Cincinnati and still have an REO business there handled by my team while I ventured out to start a new REO real estate company in Ft. Myers, Florida. How's Texas ,,, have you guys receded from the Union yet ?

  I was thinking about the cert. as a few agents at the office got it. Question is when you do the online can you take the test more than once? What % you had to get right to pass the 50 questions.
