Hey Thomas...this site has several blogs from myself, Staci Cunningham, John Occhoi, just to name a few that can truly lead you in the right direction to gaining insight on how to get started in teh REO business.

You may also want to look over the forums because Reginald Michel has a great discussion thread on how to get started with Citi Bank.

No sorry, you pretty much have to apply separately with each lender to get on their List (most have long waiting lists). Have you been to our website and checked out Loss Mitigation?

We currently only work with lenders on Loss Mitigation or Home Retention, not REO. We hope to have our REO department in place by the first quarter.
