    You had posted on my wall sometime back that you were approved Fannie Mae running through the SAP system.You said there is no contact on the site. I had emailed you not sure if you got the email, what was the address you went to trying to login?

    When I started with them a year ago, I was told I would get listings in exchange for doing BPO's.  I think it comes down to a sense of fairness and equity.  They want our expertise (I have been a broker since 1988), They are enlisting the help of agents to do BPO's instead of hiring appraisers.  They bait us into doing work for them and dangle a carrot to do this work for less than minimum wage (if done correctly) with future compensation of listings and then don't deliver on their promises.  Shame on them!   They don't deserve to have the community of hard working agents spinning their wheels just to keep us busy.  I would rather do what my experience and background is in, which is "selling houses".  Let them pay for appraisers if they want their in house agents to do the listings.  Agents....quit being taken advantage of!

    I think you have to email them and they will send you specific link as I been with them from 2006.

    They found me at that time and had asset very rural nobody would take.

    I did not get much from them over the years, 2-3 at the most  per year.

    I show as preffered agent now and hope they start giving me more stuff.
