  • Hi Michael,

Yes we are looking for multifamily rental properties, preferably over 3 units, but have not found anything yet that meets our requirements. There do not seem to be a lot of fourplexes or 5+ units right now at good prices in decent areas. I am sure we will find some properties this year and next though. How about you? Are you buying anything right now?

  • First off, I am not an Attorney but, I know a great Attorney in Florida who would most likely be willing to help you.

Now, as for my opinion, which is not a legal opinion and should not be considered one, the scenario as you outlined above is questionable at best. It sounds to me like Mortgage Fraud and I personally would run from that full speed again, that is just my opinion.

  • Wow, Michael, that was awesome you did very well at that auction. The thing about these auctions is people get caught up in the moment, emotions take over and it's then about coming on top & winning over the other competitors. Doesn't have to make sense at all and that's why auctions work. You have to know where to stop before you start.
  • Hi Michael, Welcome to the group!
