  • Hello,

Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.

Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.

I am going through right now and asking everyone here from California, to join my friend list - I hope you'll do the same.

Also, if you have REO experience, then please write a short blog on a topic of interest to you, that you feel someone else will benefit from. This will not only provide you with good "Google Juice" it will help all of us here.. I just posted my first blog here about BPO's. I have another blog at HemetRealEstateBlog.com where I have nearly 400 articles published on all different real estate topics (and some personal one too - after all we are in the people business).

Hope to see you around the REOPRO site,

  • Hi Marguerite, So happy to see the face now with the name!
  • Disregard abou the software, should have looked closer, this one is for banks. Are you a member of the NRBA, they do seem to have some kind of software?
  • Hi Marguerite, were you the one on "BrokersPriceOpinions" that was looking for software to manage your activities?? I ran across this software company on the internet, perhaps it could help?? http://www.dridefault.com/?page_state=products&unique_id=77&amp...

Let me know if there is any problems with the link and let me know if it could work or not.

  • Hi Marguerite Crespillo:

Welcome to REOPRO. My name is Jesse Gonzalez and I am the Group Manager. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to getting to know you better and assisting in any way I can. Let us work together and use our "REOPRO Network" to its fullest. Feel free to invite other REO Agents to join.
  • I have added properties there but it doesnt add any checklist or process. There are only tasks on properties assigned through them. I am looking more for what duties agents team members follow and their structure...
  • No I put every REO there because then it gets listed on Realty trac. You know I saw this question before on AR and I looked it up and it was you!! Small niche we live in!!
  • I use res.net for my checklist and my Iphone. I will be interested to hear what others are using to make my life a bit easier! ~Stac
