Problems with a BPO company

Has anyone used Evalonline for BPOS. I've done several about 35, and I was paid very slow for the first 11 but I was told that it was because I was still not on the system and they paid at the end of the month, So I was okay with the response. Its been about four months and I've completed 24 more BPOs, and I still have not been paid? I've sent invoices, I've called and spoke to the reps, I have sent several emails to the company. Help? Has anyone experienced this and what did you do?

  • I get about 10-20 a day from them and I delete all of them....Nuff said

  • I have stopped working for this company 2 years ago. They are slow in paying or will not pay you at all.
  • Yes, I had to wait for over a year for my payment to come for that company. I called, emailed and spoke to the reps, and began rejecting their BPOs unitl I got paid. So I am not accepting anymore bpos for Eval. Thanks.

  • I too had to hound the heck out of them to get paid but I did get paid for all the ones I did, today the check came. You just have to keep on them. I got pretty upset about it and let them know I won't let it go. I have an inquiry in to them to ask for a payment agreement/policy before I will do any more work for them. This site has really helped open my eyes. Thanks.
  • HMMM....Boy does this all sound familar. I did 3 commercial and one residential exterior for them back in June 09 and have yet to be paid. I spoke with them just last week and they said that the W-9 I sent had the wrong Social Security Number. I told them thats funny since I used a Employee Identification Number and Not a Social Security Number. I have filled out a total of 4 W-9's with them and they said that the last one looks good and they would be sending me a check. I think I have heard that before "The checks in the mail".
  • Run! They are terribly slow to pay if they pay at all. They still owe me for one done in Jan 2009.
  • Ruby...low fees, slow pay and poor portal / queue system = no service from me anymore!

  • I quit doing business with them Ruby I chased them for 4 months and they don't even give you enough notice most were less then 24 hrs for a 45 fee.
